Dillish Restuarant is closed
Barely in existence for two years and it looks like Bolster might
just be no more.
Launch in 2015 by the " THE brainchild of Big Brother Africa THE CHASE winner Dillish Mathews, and her business partner, Profysen Muluti" Boslter promised to deliver nothing but the best of finest food, drinks and service with their most expensive red wine imported from Brazil which at the time was going for N$ 9,999.00”.
“You are guaranteed fresh and good food, excellent service and a great ambience,” said Dillish.
The launch was quite a success I must say but there was already report as to whether the business will last due to the area in which it was situated.
Bolster is situated on the upper floor of Town Square shopping mall in Windhoek's town centre. With lush decor in mostly matte black and white, Bolster offers an intimate dining experience.
A source told the dashboarddnews.blogspot.com early last year that the management kept recruiting new people every day and that they sometimes was not paid on time, at the same time there were reports that the Big Brother winner was no more a partner at the restaurant but rather the face of the business.
Have you guys recently pass by the restaurant? Tell us what you think?
